We provide guaranteed parts delivery, with MCE certified, pre-tested parts, and customized services to meet unique needs and a wide range of budgets. We provide contract IT system, IT network and IT storage integration solutions and custom IT infrastructure services. Our service can include:

MCE employs a team of vendor-certified hardware and software engineers, with multiple certifications to qualify them for doing business on your hardware and software. Certifications include, but are not limited to: Cisco installation and maintenance, Sun Microsystems hardware maintenance and Solaris Operating System, Q-Logic SAN switch and Red Hat Linux system administration. MCE is also certified in SGI hardware maintenance and the IRIX operating system, in the event you want to maintain and later move out of your SGI investment.
We rotate our engineers through each stage of our QA process so they gain experience integrating, testing, staging, and supporting systems. But our most experienced engineers are assigned to MCE’s customer support center to aid customers directly and rapidly.
MCE’s customer support center is equipped with configured systems that allow our engineers to accelerate problem resolution by replicating most problems and testing patches. Each problem is given a unique Quality Control Identifier (QCI). The QCI is used to monitor problem resolution and expedite resources appropriately. A Board Repair Lab is equipped to diagnose and repair board level failures. These capabilities and engineering expertise enable MCE to consistently meet your support and troubleshooting expectations.

- Parts Care – Provides assisted parts support designed for self support customers who need spare parts and call center support. Parts Care features:

- Direct access to certified engineering resources
- On site Care – Standard support offering designed for customers who require 40 hour work week on-site and call center support. On-site Care includes:
- Next day parts delivery
- Direct access to certified engineering resources
- 8 X 5 on-site support
- Optional 8 X 6 on-site support
- Mission Critical Care – Comprehensive support for mission critical computing environments, with same-day parts delivery. Deliverables for MCE Mission Critical Care include:

- Optional on-site spares
- 24X7 access to certified tech resources
- 24X7 on-site support
